1. Accepting the Terms

You are barred from receiving the services under the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Your Passwords and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to notify Cheap361 immediately.

3. Site Content

The site contains various forms of content including information, data, software, graphics, images, videos, and other materials (“Content”) which are protected by intellectual property laws.

All content is the property of Cheap361 or its licensors and is protected under Bangladesh Copyright laws.

Use of any software available on the website will be governed by the software license accompanying such software.

All online pricing and promotional offers are valid for online customers only and are subject to change without prior notice.

Some parts of the services may be supported by advertising revenue. Cheap361 reserves the right to display advertisements and promotions.

The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by Cheap361 are subject to change without notice.

By using the services, you agree that Cheap361 may display such advertisements.

6. Trademarks

Cheap361 is our trademark and service mark. All other product names, company names, and logos displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners.

7. Submissions

By submitting, posting, or uploading any content, including but not limited to comments, reviews, photos, or videos, you grant Cheap361 an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and display such content for any purpose.

Submissions are not subject to confidentiality obligations and we are not liable for any use or disclosure of submitted content.

8. Payment and Billing

You must select a payment method to purchase from Cheap361.
Each time you make a purchase, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your designated method.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including charges made by others using your account.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Any billing issues must be reported within 3 days of the transaction date.
If an order is canceled, refunds will be processed through Portwallet within 14 working days (cash refunds are not available).
Bank discounts/cashback offers apply only to direct purchases, not EMI transactions.

9. Proof of Identification

Cheap361 reserves the right to request valid identification during delivery. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation.

For gift deliveries, the purchaser must provide identification.

10. Shipping Information

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 days from the date of confirmed order.
Orders are shipped via reputed couriers within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
Deliveries are made only on business days (no weekends or holidays).
Shipping charges are applicable unless otherwise specified.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cheap361 reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.

11. Applicable Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT/TAX as applicable under Bangladeshi law.

12. Warranty

All gadgets are covered under warranty as specified by the respective manufacturer or their authorized agents.
Cheap361 does not provide any warranty directly and is not responsible for defects.
Any product issues must be resolved through the authorized service centers.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted once goods are sold.
